Our Pride & Joy
We are a family of animal lovers and have carried out extensive research into the care and wellbeing of cats to create the most beautiful, bespoke cat hotel, which is the perfect home-from-home for our feline guests.
The whole Randall family live on site, with both Lynsey and Carl working full time to provide the dedicated one-to-one care, attention, entertainment and stimulation that guests require.

Lynsey Randall grew up here at Grove Farm, surrounded by animals and spending school holidays helping at her Grandparent's boarding cattery. She trained as an holistic therapist, which makes her an ideal person to be reassuringly calm and gentle with the cats. She also looks after our photography, Facebook and Instagram accounts, and administration of our luxury cat boarding hotel.
Carl Randall has assisted his brother-in-law, Robert, here over the last six years, to establish one of the leading animal boarding hotels in the country. He has a calm and conscientious nature, attention to detail and his skills include everything from animal care to the technical side of running a luxury cat boarding hotel.

Our luxury boarding cattery was built in 2019 exclusively for cats.
We have 18 Suites and Rooms, which are upscale, beautifully designed and full human-sized rooms, just like our guests are used to at home.
They are filled with home comforts such as mantlepieces, TVs, beds, tables and chairs.
We also provide fascinating toys from our extensive library, as well as playing cat games, giving and hiding treats and most important of all - our love and time. We are absolutely devoted to our guests.
Grove Farm is surrounded by countryside.

We are proud to say that we achieve the highest star rating possible for a cat boarding establishment from Lichfield District Council, a 5 Star Rating.
We were delighted to welcome the inspectors and equally delighted that we have exceeded their new stringent welfare standards. They fully inspected our accommodation, procedures and insurance and seemed really impressed.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests is of the upmost importance to us, so you can relax in the knowledge that your cats are having a wonderful holiday away from home.
We have security cameras and solid-built buildings - so not only are our premises secure, they also feel safe to our guests.
For you and your cat's safety and ours, we use Safe4 Disinfectant,certified to kill Covid-19 (coronavirus). All tools, surfaces and equipment are sterilised to ensure maximum protection, whilst being completely safe for cats.

We have 8 x extensive Cat Suites which are over 6+ times larger than the Cat Welfare Regulations require.
They have underfloor heating, a real marble mantelpiece with TV, and a child-size bespoke bed. There's also a full fun-wall of scratching posts and climbing posts with rest platforms.

We have 10 x large Courtyard Rooms, which are over 3+ times larger than the Cat Welfare Regulations require.
They give our guests a truly home-from-home experience. They have underfloor heating and TV, a large heated granite windowsill for relaxing cat naps, as well as wall-mounted scratching posts.

Our suites and rooms are VERY large (up to real living room size!) which also means feline families can stay together in perfect tranquility and comfort.
We care for 2-cat, 3-cat and 4-cat families in our big, beautiful suites and rooms.
The huge amount of space we provide allows purrsonal time, one-to-one moments (with their cat family and with us) and individual or group sleeping, playing and climbing.
There is plenty of choice and all rooms have an attached inside/outside secure garden area with views of our gardens, fountain and lots of bird feeders and hanging baskets for a spot of wildlife-watching on holiday.
